 Dore Jean is a Master Certified NLP Trainer, Coach, a Certified FranklinCovey Facilitator and a Certified Art Therapist. As a speaker and trainer for over 25 years, she has  traveled extensively presenting training and consulting.     Dore is continually praised for her relevant and timely information presented in an interactive and engaging atmosphere. She has an impressive record working with vacation rental management, real estate firms and other companies to improve their customer service and overall operations. Her most recent development, Broad Strokes, Fine Lines, incorporates principles and processes from the late Dr. Stephen Covey’s work and focuses on bringing forth the creative potential of each team member while reducing stress, building teams and improving communication.    


  Within each us lies dormant the creative confidence we experienced as children. We sang and danced and played as if unaware of what others thought. To reconnect with innate creativity is to unleash the thinking ability and freedom missing in many teams. 

There are many conversations taking place right now about the connection between creativity and wellness in the workplace and at home-- how our future depends on it, how our kids are losing it, how most schools are diminishing it, and how companies need to be nurturing and encouraging it. The Speed of Trust

  What is the one thing that changes everything? That one thing is trust. Simply put, trust means confidence. The opposite of trust—distrust—is suspicion. Take communication. In a high-trust relationship, you can say the wrong thing and people will still get your meaning. In a low trust relationship, you can be very measured, even precise, and they’ll still misinterpret you. Low trust causes friction, whether caused by unethical behavior or by ethical but incompetent behavior. Low trust creates hidden agendas, politics, interpersonal conflict, interdepartmental rivalries, win-lose thinking, defensive and protective communication. Low trust slows everything—every decision, every communication, and every relationship. The serious practical impact of the economics of trust is that we are paying a hidden low-trust tax right off the top—and we don’t even know it! Sharpen the Saw

  This three-hour session is designed for frontline team members that may not be available for longer sessions.
